Here’s why I started coaching and taking operating partner roles working closely with female founders.
The data: leading is harder than ever, especially for women.

People are burned out. We spend five hours a day on average (or more than half of a 40hr work week) trying to communicate through a digital platform, which is why 60% of people say they are burned out (Forbes).

Women are making strides. Each stride needs to be longer and more effective since Women CEOs at big companies outnumbered those named John in April 2023 (Bloomberg).
